On November 29, 1985, Dr. Lucio C. Tan established ETON Properties Ltd. in Hong Kong, which is dedicated to the development of upscale residences, high-ranking commercial buildings, hotels and shopping malls and the management of the owned properties and reputed as an "Luxury House Expert".  

In 1989, "Dragon Villa" was completed at Mount Kellet Road, The Peak, Hong Kong. It is the first project developed by Eton in Hong Kong and consists of ten 3-story detached garden houses. 

In 1991, "Eton Garden" at Old Peak Road, Mid-levels Central, Hong Kong was completed. It consists of 3 towers. The project is located in the most famous rich district of Hong Kong, which is also the favorite residential district of the celebrities in the business and showbiz circles of Hong Kong. It enjoys beautiful ambience and a fascinating view of Victoria Harbor. It is a property owned by Eton. 


In 1991, "Radio City" project at Hennessy Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong was completed. It is a commercial property and consists of 23 stories above the ground and one basement. 


On October 7, 1992, Eton Properties (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. was established. The company mainly engages in real estate investment and development. It is a mainstay enterprise with solid capital strength among the real estate companies of Eton in Mainland China.


In 1992, The Charterhouse invested and operated by Eton was completed in Hong Kong. Situated in the heart of Hong Kong – between the prosperous Causeway Bay and Wan Chai, the building has 21 stories and is a 4-star hotel with 294 guestrooms. 


In 1993, "Dragon Center" project was completed. It is a 9-story large shopping mall. The "Dragon Rollercoaster" inside it is the first indoor rollercoaster in Hong Kong. 


In 1994, "Nam Cheong Centre" was completed in Hong Kong. It is a 16-story building for retail business and residence.  


In 1994, "Dragon Center" won "Excellent Design Award" from the Hong Kong Institute of Architects. 


On April 12, 1994, Beijing Office of Eton Properties Ltd. was set up. It mainly engages in the liaison and consulting of real estate development and investment projects.  


On July 22, 1994, Legend Properties (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. was established. It mainly engages in the real estate investment and development of the plot at No. 22, Xiahe Road, Xiamen. 


On March 10, 1995, Xiamen "Bank Center", the first real estate project of Eton in Mainland China started construction. The company spent 800 million yuan to build an international Grade-A office building with an above-ground area of 56,000m2.


On March 21, 1995, Xiamen Eton International Hotel Co., Ltd. was established.


 In 1997, "Carmen’s Garden" at No. 9, Cox’s Road, Hong Kong was completed. It is a large upscale residence consisting of three 19-story towers with large residents-oriented club facilities.


In October 1997, the first stage of Beijing "Sun Crest" invested by Hong Kong Dynamic Holdings Limited and planned by Eton in the whole process was started. The first stage consists of 3 highrise luxury apartments and a 7800m2 luxury club dedicated to the residents. It is a symbol of noble property and famous brand in Beijing. 


 On December 1, 1997, Eton Properties (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. was established. It mainly engages in the development and operation of the commercial house projects on the industrial plot at No. 823, Xiahe Road, Xiamen.


In 1999, "Palm Beach" at No. 28, Castle Peak Road, Hong Kong was completed. It is a luxury apartment consisting of two towers.


On May 24, 1999, Xiamen "Bank Center" project was completed.


On December 8, 1999, Xiamen "Bank Center" was delivered for use. It becomes one of the most symbolic architectural proofs that Xiamen has entered the new age of the Asia-Pacific economy.


On December 8, 1999, "International Club", the largest private club in Xiamen was set up and opened.  


In December 2000, the first stage of "The Sun Crest" was completed.


In December 2000, the second stage of "The Sun Crest" – "Hui Jing Feng" started construction. It adopts "Windmill" design popular in Hong Kong and consists of four luxury apartments and a central garden of nearly 5,000m2.


In March 2001, Eton (Xiamen) Property Management Co., Ltd., the first property management company of Eton was established. The company is dedicated to property management of high-end commercial buildings, luxury residences and hotels.


In October 2003, the second stage of "The Sun Crest" was completed.


 In November 2003, the third stage of "The Sun Crest" --"International Creativity Exhibition Center" and "Uptown Shopping Center" officially started construction.


On December 1, 2003, Eton Place • Shanghai officially started construction. It is an internationalized, multifunctional and landscape-style architectural complex combining international 5-star hotel, 5A intelligent A-Grade office building and high-ranking commercial leisure infrastructure. In addition, it is also a symbolic project marking the formal entry of Lucio C. Tan’s Group into Chinese real estate market.


In January 2005, the east tower of Eton Place • Shanghai sealed the roof. This tower is a 5A intelligent office building and will become the headquarters building according to the plan.


In February 2005, Eton Property Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., the second property management company of Eton was incorporated in Pudong New Area, Shanghai.


On October 31, 2005, "The Bank Center Annex" in Xiamen broke the ground. It passes on the particularity of "international standard office building" of the "Bank Center", and especially caters for emerging enterprises.


On April 23, 2005, "International Creativity Exhibition Center" - the third stage of The Sun Crest started official sale. This project realized prideful 40 million yuan of transactions on March 6, 2005.


 On December 19, 2005, Xiamen "Eton Legend" officially started construction. It is the first residential project developed by Eton after "Bank Center" in Xiamen and leads the trends of cultural real estate in Xiamen.


 On May 16, 2005, Board Chairman Dr. Lucio C. Tan visited "The Sun Crest – International Creativity Exhibition Center" project in Beijing.


In May 2005, in order to integrate domestic resources and more effectively tap domestic real estate market, Eton set up Eton Properties Group and Beijing Management Center in Beijing.


In July 2005, the west tower of Shanghai "Eton Place" sealed the roof. By then, the principal works of the project were completed. The west tower consists of a 5-star "Eton Hotel" and an A-Grade office building.


 On July 10, 2005, Shanghai "Eton Place" project held a grand roof-sealing ceremony. Above 200 Chinese and foreign celebrities were present.


On August 20, 2005, "International Creativity Exhibition Center" - the third stage of The Sun Crest was officially completed.


On October 30, 2005, "International Creativity Exhibition Center" - the third stage of The Sun Crest as a landmark building in Beijing held a grand occupancy ceremony.


 On Nov. 1, 2005, "International Creativity Exhibition Center" - the third stage of The Sun Crest officially started the handling of occupancy procedure.


 In May 2006, the annexes in the third stage of "The Sun Crest" were delivered for use.


 On June 30, 2006, Shanghai "Eton Place" office building was partially delivered for use.


 In August 2006, Shanghai "Eton Place" was officially delivered for use.


 In August 2006, "The Bank Center Annex" in Xiamen was completed and put into use.


 In October 2006, the west tower of Shanghai "Eton Place" as an office building completed fine decoration and was delivered to Eton Property Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.


 On December 15, 2006, "Eton Place • Dalian" won "Architecture Crown Award 2006" issued by China Real Estate Design League.


 In January 2007, Xiamen "Eton Legend" sealed the roof.


 On March 1, 2007, Mr. Yang Xiaoping was appointed Vice President of Eton Properties Group.


On March 1, 2007, Shanghai "Eton Hotel" was ceremoniously inaugurated. 


On April 26, 2007, "Eton Place • Dalian" - a landmark urban complex with 6 billion yuan of investment held a grand foundation-laying ceremony.


 On May 28, 2007, Eton Properties Group won the title of "Chinese Real Estate Enterprise with the Most Valuable Brand in 2007".


 On July 20, 2007, Eton Properties Group acquired 28# plot in "Golden Corridor" of Shenyang through public bidding, auction and listing at a price of 1.3 billion yuan. This plot is situated in the golden business center of Shenyang. With a land area of about 84,000m2 and a planned total floorage of about 1.2 million m2, a complex integrating super five-star hotel, 5A office building, large shopping mall, upscale residence and underground parking lot will be built. The preliminarily planned total investment is about 8 billion yuan. 


In September 2007, Eton Properties Group won the titles of "Most Competitive Real Estate Enterprise in China in 2007" and "Most Competitive (Largest) National Real Estate Strategic Development Enterprise in China in 2007" jointly issued by the Information Center of the Development Research Center, the State Council, the Policy Research Center of the Ministry of Construction, the Real Estate Association of the All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce (ACFIC), China Economic Yearbook and related institutions.


On October 18, 2007, a seminar was held with American architectural design advisors NBBJ and PB and the chief design advisor of British ARUP on the commercial and hotel planning of "Eton Place • Dalian".


On November 12, 2007, Eton Properties Group and Union Trust Limited signed a strategic cooperation agreement. "Eton Place • Dalian" project will become the first project of the strategic cooperation between this real estate trust fund and domestic real estate companies. Eton is also the first domestic real estate company making bold exploration to the cooperation with native real estate trust fund.


In December 2007, Zibo Eton Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was incorporated.


 On January 10, 2008, a delegation including Dr. Lucio C. Tan and Mr. Cheung Chi Ming visited the projects in Northeast China. So far, Northeast China has received the most investment of Eton Properties Group among other regions of China. It is estimated that the investment for developing the first two projects in Dalian and Shenyang will reach 15 billion yuan and the continuous investment will exceed 20 billion yuan.


On April 8, 2008, the display center of "Eton Place • Dalian" was open to the public.


 In May 2008, Xiamen "Eton Legend" was completed.


On May 28, 2008, Zibo Eton Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. acquired a plot in Zichuan District at a price of 94 million yuan. This plot is located in Zichuan Economic Development Zone in Zibo City. The assignment area is about 267.67mu. The total floorage is about 263,700m2. It will become a large top-ranking community containing detached villas, semi-detached houses, townhouses, penthouses, multistory buildings and sub highrise buildings with lifts. The estimated investment is about one billion yuan. 


On May 31, 2008, Xiamen "Eton Legend" was officially delivered.


On June 18, 2008, "Super Bowl Express" restaurant of Eton Hotel was open after decoration.


 On June 22, 2008, Eton donated 4.4 million yuan obtained from an auction for charity to "Elite Love School" in Wenchuan, Sichuan.


On June 22, 2008, the sample rooms of "Eton Place • Dalian" were officially open to the public.


 On October 16, 2008, Shanghai "Eton Hotel" was officially granted the honorable title of "5-star Hotel".


On October 18, 2008, the skyscraper apartments of "Eton Place • Dalian" project – the tallest building in Northeast China and reputed as a model of a downtown landmark complex in China, officially sealed the roof. More than 100 elites from all social circles of the Philippines and the senior officials of Dalian government were present at the ceremony.


On October 18, 2008, "Eton Place • Dalian" initiated all-round commercial activities.


 In November 2008, Asia-Pacific President of Jumeirah Hotel Group and the executives of Eton Properties Group held talks about the intent of cooperation in "Eton Place • Dalian" project.


On February 18, 2009, Xiamen "Eton Place" project laid a foundation. Philippine Vice-President Noli De Castro, He Lifeng – a member of the Standing Committee of Fujian Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of Xiamen Municipal Party Committee and other distinguished guests were present at the foundation laying ceremony and earthed up the foundation stone. With about 21,810m2 of land area and about 280,000m2 of floorage, the project has 4 towers and an annex. After completion, "Eton Place" will become the largest commercial complex in the CBD of Xiamen and will also be another landmark building developed by Eton in Mainland China.


On August 7, 2009, "Eton Club", a top-ranking membership club in Dalian was set up.


On September 18, 2009, Eton took over the stock equity of "Shanghai Longchao Real Estate Co., Ltd." and held a contract signing ceremony.


On September 29, 2009, "Eton Place • Shenyang" – another highrise architectural complex of Eton in Northeast China laid the foundation. It is estimated that the total investment of the project will reach 8 billion yuan.


In November 2009, 800 flats in "Yu Jin Zuo" of "Eton Place • Dalian" were sold up and the sale of "Yu Lan Zuo" apartment was initiated.


In April 2010, 130-250m2 large flats in "Yu Yuan Zuo" of "Eton Place • Dalian" were sold.


On November 16, 2010, Eton Properties Group and Beitang Economic Zone of Binhai New Area, Tianjin held a headquarters project signing ceremony in Tianjin Guest Hotel. The group intends to shape it into the northern headquarters of the group. .
